Alejandro, a taxi-driver-cum-chauffeur, has fallen on hard times when he meets the entrepreneurial brother of an old school friend, and a stewardess looking for a change. Suddenly his world involves porn stars and dog-walkers, anti-depressants and ‘magic gloves’, with unpredictable consequences. Through his quirky tale of mismatched couples and ill-fated dreams, Rejtman offers a droll, brilliantly performed satire on relationships in an era of economic freefall
