Latin American films dritributed in 15 Countries
Thanks to the Ibermedia TV Program signed by Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese film authorities, there will be broadcasted one film in 15 public TV channels every week.
Under the title “Our Cinema”, the initiative began in March and will last 12 months. It aims to open a new space to the Latin American films, looking for more audience.
According to Ibermedia sources, the project includes the purchase of 52 film from 17 countries, the audience of which could familiarize and identify themselves with their own film, in order to fallow its rhythm and to criticize them.
The idea emerged in 2009 with the signing of an outline agreement signed in the Conference of Ibero-American Cinematography Authorities held in Dominican Republic.
