Duncan Bridgeman (1 Giant Leap) weaves a beautiful tapestry of original conversations and songs from all over the country. A collaboration of the most creative Mexican minds, the film mixes famous names with unsung heroes, all reflecting on what it means to be Mexican in this time of massive change and celebrating that the Mexican identity makes a powerful family. The result is an inspiring and often funny musical contemplation of modern day “Mexicanity”.
Duncan Bridgeman (London, UK, 1959) is a filmmaker, musician and music producer. He had success in the 90s producing and remixing top artists and with the hit boy band Take That. In 1999 he formed 1 Giant Leap with Faithless member Jamie Gatto, fusing music and philosophy from around the world in a double Grammy nominated CD and DVD which became a cult hit around the planet. In 2007 the duo followed up with “What About Me”. Now he has come to Mexico! FILMOGRAPHY What About Me? (2007), 1 Giant Leap (2002)

I represent a Latino writer who has scripts just as good as these, strong on Latin roots and harsh on immigration issues.
