The Angolan Institute of Audiovisual, Cinema and Multimedia (IACAM) will organised on August 9 a screenwriters course, set to last three months.
According to a note of the institution made available Tuesday to ANGOP, the learning activity will comprise, besides the theoretical lessons, conferences which will be addressed by directors and writers, who will speak on the importance of language and aesthetics, as well as adaptation of Angolans books to cinema.
On the other hand, the document outlines that with the same purpose the institute sent three experts to Brazil to participate in courses such as directing, photography production, and sound.
The course is part of the “Ver e Fazer Cinema” (Watching and making movies) festival, which will take place on 03-04 August this year in the Brazilian City of Cataguases.
