Latin American deal for TOEI Animation

Toei Animation has signed several licensing agreements with broadcasters and DVD companies in Latin America.

Saint Seiya was picked up by Bandeirantes TV in Brazil and Panamericana TV in Peru. Saint Seiya The Hades has been licensed to Bandeirantes TV. Digimon Frontier was acquired by Rede TV in Brazil. Dragon Ball Z was renewed by Ecuavisa in Ecuador and Televisa in Mexico.

DVD deals were closed with Five Stars in Brazil, which picked up the rights for Digimon Adventure; Playarte in Brazil, which renewed its contract for Saint Seiya; and Towers Entertainment in Mexico, which acquired the DVD rights for Saint Seiya Tenkaihen and Saint Seiya.
