Colombian film wins Silver in Malaga Latino Film Fest

The Colombian “The Wind Journeys” by Ciro Guerra, was the winner of the Silver Biznaga Best Movies in the Section of XIII Latin American Cinema Film Festival Espanol of Málaga, which wraps up tomorrow in this city.
Argentina’s “The Summer LAST Boyita” by Julia Solomonoff, won the Silver Biznaga the best direction, while the Argentine Jorge Marrale also received the award best actor for “Accomplices of silence” by Stefano Incerti.
Also, the Nicaraguan Alma White has won the best actress for “La Yuma” by Florence Jaugey, that also “No particular” has received the mention of the jury.
The jury for this year’s edition has been integrated by the young Spanish director Mar Coll, actress Mara Botto, and writer Marina Daz. On the other hand, David Baute, the documentary “Ella“, and Diana Fabianova for “The moon on you”, have won the Biznaga for “Affirming the Rights of Women.”
